MBSR Kitchen staff are highly skilled and awesome. Variety is the spice of life especially when it comes to food. So, you can expect a mix of Western and Traditional cuisine with a variety of beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian, vegan and a wide mix of seafood dishes as well as pizza, hamburgers, hot chips, handmade Mexican tortillas and more.

WHEN WOULD BE THE BEST TIME TO VISIT?

The peak season falls during the Southern Hemisphere winter, from June to September, when the most consistent swells roll in, accompanied by prevailing southeast winds that create ideal conditions for the best waves.

However, the shoulder and off-seasons are becoming increasingly popular among returning visitors who appreciate the glassier waters, smaller swells, and fewer crowds.
